Only popped in to browse felt really comfortable with Sarah the sales person I explained what I was looking for tested 3 or 4 suites was absolutely struck by the 5th choice so all was explained to me and I purchased the Astoria range 4 seater 2 seat snuggle chair and foot stool

Shawn, the sales rep, was outstanding, explained in depth the features of the sofas. Advised us to go home and ensure that sofa was correct, wasnt pushing us to go to for a particular sofa or put a deposit down.
After the other two sofology stores we visited where the staff were not helpful in the slightest, Shawn was a breath of fresh air, genuine, knowledgeable and a credit to your company. Hopefully he would get recognised for his hard work.
Even though we live a fair distance from this particular store after meeting Shawn we new he was the correct individual to buy a sofa from. The qualities he displayed is something that should be passed on to other locations.

First went into the warrington branch…
First went into the warrington branch on sat 19th and spoke to sarah,very polite and helpfull,we needed to get some final measurements then returned on the 24th april,sarah was off this day and we then spoke to john,also very polite and helpfull,to which we then chose a corner couch and foot stool,both sarah and john are a credit to sofology they made the experience very easy going
