Staff were very informative and also gave us time to think about our choice. There was no pressure on us to purchase which was very reassuring

We were greeted in a friendly manner and helped through the purchase by Abs in the Sofology Wednesbury store. The transaction was pleasant and seamless.

The agent was brilliant, gave us space to decide. No pressure to buy the items. I think his name was Harrison. He was great.

We weren't hassled by pushy sales people as soon as we entered the store.
This was in stark contrast to the 4 other furniture stores we visited that day.

Your staff were knowledgeable and listened to our situation before suggesting solutions.

I recently brought the fitzrovia from the wednesbury store. It was the second time I visited this store after I had excellent customer service the first time from a lady called Patrycja. She wasn't pushy and didn't obvious follow me about, but was there when I needed to ask questions about different sofas.so I decided to go back to buy from her. She's a credit to sofology especially wednesbury branch with large competiitors on the same retail park. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again. Thank you Patrycja 10/10 from me.
