I recently brought the fitzrovia from the wednesbury store. It was the second time I visited this store after I had excellent customer service the first time from a lady called Patrycja. She wasn't pushy and didn't obvious follow me about, but was there when I needed to ask questions about different sofas.so I decided to go back to buy from her. She's a credit to sofology especially wednesbury branch with large competiitors on the same retail park. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again. Thank you Patrycja 10/10 from me.

Excellent service by Abs who gave us space but was there also to answer any questions and offer advice when needed We purchased our settees due to his professional and likeable approach even though we liked other companies items

Sak in Sofology, Wednesbury provided us with a really good service and helped us to find the right sofa for our home. We had been struggling to find one before we came to Sofology and upon coming here we managed to order it on the same day, which was amazing. Sak was really friendly and knowledgeable and ensured that we were fully informed of everything before making our decision. We would highly recommend a visit to this branch of Sofology as they're always eager to help you and find the best sofa for you. He didn't care how long it took for us to decide what we wanted and he supported us throughout our time in the store to ensure that we made a purchase that we would be happy with now and in the future as well. Honestly, I came in without any idea of what I was after, for a house i'd just bought, Harrison was fantastic and welcoming, took his time showing me around the different types of sofas, and the materials, was incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all, even said to me to look at the other sofa stores on the estate!

Spent a good amount of time in there, and came back the next day and purchased a brand new sofa, even the purchasing journey was thorough and extremely knowledgable

Walked in, saw what we wanted, ordered it and left. No fuss, no hassle and a good price.

The staff took his time to explain all the necessary details in a professional and friendly manner.

Harrison recognised me and my partner as soon as we went into the store as we had been in a few weeks ago. Harrison was extremely patient as we needed a particular sized sofa for our space, he showed us various models until we were happy. He was great.

We dealt with a very welcoming and charming young man named Harrison couldn't have been happier dealing with someone else, he was himself but in a professional manner and wasn't pushy in anyway which was really nice as I find alot of sale reps are he helped us make our decision very relaxing and with no hesitation from us.
