Harrison was really helpful and made the process nice and straightforward for ‘tards like me. He gave us the store number and said to ask for him if we have any questions after our purchase which we did funnily enough and he answered and gave us peace of mind.

His knowledge was exceptional, and he explained everything clearly and patiently, which gave us real confidence in our decisions. Sakander was approachable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and reassuring. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain every detail, from fabric options to delivery times, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect sofa. This was, without question, the best customer service I’ve ever received in a furniture store.
