DO NOT BUY! I only saw these reviews after i bought from them. Fake jellycats posed as real ones. Their policy to easy 30 days refund but they don't bother responding to your emails asking for a refund. SCAMMERS!! I've contacted my credit card company for a dispute. Hope this company gets shut down.

Bought two Jellycats, believing they were originals as the price paid was the price it should be, ie, not too good to be true. After receiving, the goods, it was obvious they were fakes. The workmanship was not as good and the labels/tags were blank.
It's disappointing that I didn't check the reviews before buying, but the company is fraudulent in ripping off the brand and it's name. They advertise that they are genuine as if they were a stockist, but they are not. I've emailed the contact email, but surprise surprise there has been no reply. I will now be contacting trading standards and the fraud teams in the UK.

Sadly, we also got scammed. Bought a plush on 11 Dec 2024, it said it shipped on 13 Dec, but we never received it. Phone number doesn't work and they will not reply to e-mails. Physical location is a shared office space.

It does not match the description
It says it has a removable strawberry outfit which it does not
The label describes it as cute doll and not strawberry bartholomew bear
I have the pumpkin version as seen in the photo and this is clearly not the same size or quality.
This is a scam do not buy!!! They try to make their website look legit and me being a desperate last minute Christmas shopper I failed to notice a few of the red flags.They use fake reviews and promos that seem reasonable to lure you in and that’s how they got me. They say they’re based in San Francisco and the prices were a little over retail so I thought they were some bougie resell store so I didn’t hesitate to buy. I hate the people running this scam I hope they get what they deserve.
