Reliable but with small issues
Immediately after purchase, installation instructions were sent with the Product Key to be entered. Unfortunately the Product Key sent was recognized as valid for the installation of a different Microsoft Office product.
I had to contact support via chat, who responded immediately. The conversation was in English. Support promptly sent a valid Product Key and the product installation was completed without any further problems.
