Terrible experience.
I bought a Voicemod Pro key, but it had already been redeemed before I even received it. I contacted customer support immediately, and they told me they would email me with a solution.
That was over a week ago.
Since then, I have received absolutely nothing. No update, no replacement key, no refund, and no reply to any of my follow-up messages. Once they had my money, they completely stopped communicating.
Paying for a product that is already used is unacceptable, but ignoring customers afterward is even worse.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid buying from Softimer. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to help you. I feel like I paid for nothing.
Buy somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.
