Scam Company. Paid £30 for a Windows package and was provide a link to an email address. Have used my credit card company to claim a refund as they do not reply once paid.

Undoubtedly a scam company, bought 2 anti viruses on Groupon, was directed to softkey, after redeeming the first virus and downloading the sofware, the activation code did not work, after contacting the virus compnay 'kaspersky' directly they have advised that the activation code has been used mutilple times already hence why its not working for me. Also to add insult to injury when making the purchases, it said you can only use it for one device hence i bought 2 because i have 2 laptops, but kaspersky also advised these activations codes were for 3 devices. Luckly after providing evidnece groupon refunded me.

Failed to provide a refund even though I cancelled within 7 days. Contacted my bank who secured a refund. Distance selling regulations allow a consumer to cancel within 14 days (not 7) without giving a reason. Will never do business with this company again.

MS office 2025 didn't work.

Instant download, as they state. This is the second time I’ve used this service in 3 weeks and both worked fine, I also upgraded a pc from home to pro using the download instructions and key. All good for me 😊

Scam company. Repeatedly sent non-working codes and ignored repeated requests for a refund.

Purchased what was clearly marketed as a product key from “soft keys”.

No working product key was provided. Instead I received instructions to log in as a completely different user via Office to access the product.

Raised a complaint but no response now a week later.

Please avoid as you won’t get what’s been promised or your money back.

The orignal number was not recognised but an email in the morning rendered a new number that works just fine so I am now pleased.

I can't contact anyone in this business. Software installation does not work. Tried to contact them by phone, chat and email form and no response. Don't go near this site it is a scam.

I have always done business with Softkeys and love the easy experience of quickly finding software that I need. This time I could buy software that I can install on multiple computers, a fantastic customer journey.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus (3 users) 12/06/2025 (prompt delivery of download and key). Installed software on 21/07/2025 and the software would not activate as it had reached the maximum activations.
I have tried to email twice, chat on website (no reply to either) and then phoned using the number on the website (does not exist!)
Will now request a charge back to the credit card used.

24/07/2025 Still no contact from Softkey.uk had to purchase key from alternative supplier. Awaiting refund from credit card (charge back).

Great communication -
I purchased a product key -MS Project bundle. I 'd initially thought i was scammed because the product key did not arrive with the email. However, I noticed that the time difference could have contributed to the lack of quick response. About after purchase I got another email with invoice attached, then another email overnight with the product keys attached with download instructions.

I'm addition the agent that I communicated with was quite helpful and patient.

Beware of installation instructions that gives you an installation file that's not "signed" by Microsoft but rather signed by someone besides the Legit Microsoft.
- I hope they'll give me a refund on my order.

If you pay for their one that's similar price to Microsoft authorized dealer, then good chance it will be everything squared away in my opinion, but be careful especially if the price is too cheap.
