Absolutely a scam paid twice no answer to emails beware steer away

I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2021 on the 29th December late in the evening and sure enough I got the emails with the link to download and an email with the Product Key. When attempting to install it would not work so I decided to call the following morning. When I called the young lady said she was on the switchboard of the building owners and tried to connect with someone from softmail, she couldn't and said she would send an email to them to get someone to call me urgently. Following a 5 hour wait I called again to be told the same and that someone would definitely call, No-one did so this morning I called again and another young lady said that she was sorry no-one had called but she would send an email to tech support asap to call once again. At this point I attempted to connect with the chat service with no success, and I sent an email to customer services. After a further wait of 4 .5 hours I called again the call was answered by the young lady from yesterday afternoon who remembered me and we began the whole process again. This was at approx: 1.45. I write this at 18.00 hrs with no contact whatsoever. I will try again tomorrow New Years Eve but don't hold out any hope of a resolution. I don't want any refund I just want the issue resolved .

I did a review here saying I was concerned about my purchase not arriving. Within minutes it arrived. I successfully downloaded it but the page would not accept the access code. I emailed Softmail back and within minutes they had hand-help me through my wrong video setting which was causing the problem. All this was about 11 at night but that did not seem to concern them. Excellent in the end, and excellent follow-up service. Highly recommend them.

What a ridiculous way to conduct business. Borderline scam if you ask me. Stay well clear of this mob.

The code did not work, waste of money as no way to contact them on the website.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student. I was sent the product key and followed the instructions to load it, however it didn't. I then followed the alternate instructions for phone activation and all was well.
Once it activated I found that it had been upgraded to the Pro version, very happy.
I would use again.
