Disappointed
I orderes 3 tumblers for gifts. It came broken, stickers coming off, and it was cheaply made. Customer service was terrible and refuse to rectify the situation. I don't recommend buying anything from this shop.

Poor Customer Service.
Received package, one tumbler was completely empty, another leaking. Pictures were sent. I received a response to only the leaking tumbler saying only a little of the liquid leaked out. Nothing about the one that was entirely empty. No further response to a replacement for the empty one.

Not delivered , refunded
Had to wait three months for my delivery, they did not deliver the product after asking for the fourth time when it would be delivered. Did get a refund hence the two star..

I love how it’s eco-friendly items, which is reusable and cool. This store is amazing and and i love how creative and inspiring this store is. I truly recommend this store for someone to buy a gift for or just really buy the creative items to use everyday!
