Easy to download and setup

Easy to download and setup. No surprises in getting the Photo Retoucher Pro to work as advertised. Happy with SoftOrbit in other products as well.

Inuitive, easy to use ICON maker.

Recently used their ICON maker 19 for a few personal applications I created to make my work simpler. I have to say that it was intuitive, and very easy to create exactly what I wanted. The icons look like regular business applications on my laptop and was so simple to do I am very impressed.

I've been using Sketch Drawer for years…

I've been using Sketch Drawer for years and it's a great product! I copy pictures from Pinterest and edit them in SD and then copy the result to a graphics program (LibreOffice Draw) for printing and I have an outline to colorize.

OK until you need to re-install your…

OK until you need to re-install your software, then suddenly the licence key is no longer working!

contacted SoftOrbits about my key no longer activating and they said this
"Sorry, but the time of activation has been expired"
Obviously SoftOrbits cant be trusted

The Licence key was supposed to be a full lifetime licence without restriction. If you then change the goal post and stop people re-installing the software (in my case after a reformat) then you are conning people, I would never have installed your software if I new it was restricted in this way. You are changing the goal post and it show you to not be trustworthy

If you have a purchased key, please write to us at support@softorbits.com. We can also reactivate your key for new activation.

You've mentioned a free registration of our promo keys for different promotions.
The thing is, the free key can only be registered if the promotion is currently running. You can't register the free key twice and this means that you can't reinstall or update the program.
In order to use the full version of the program, you need to buy your own registration key. The purchased key is valid for all minor updates, until a new major version is released. If you need to change the computer or reset the registration, our support team will always reactivate the purchased key for the new registration of the program.
After the activation, your key is written into the registry. Sometimes users install and use registry cleaners which might lead to the key being accidentally deleted. There also might be some system error that we have no control over. This is how the registered program can deregister. If this happens to a purchased key, we can always reactivate it, if the key is free, we cannot. We hope we've cleared things up a little bit on how this problem might occur.
