I placed an order for softplay for my daughter’s birthday. I left it quite late to order so was apprehensive about it arriving on time so emailed Soft Play Kingdom. Katie got back to me right away and advised me that items were dispatched quickly and that tracking is looking hopeful to be delivered on time for my daughter’s birthday. Not only this but Katie kept an eye on the tracking herself and sent me email updates without me having to ask.

Items arrived on time, packaged perfectly and the softplay itself is incredible quality. We have one very happy little girl!

Absolutely fantastic company all round. From start to finish, they were brilliant. I placed an order before Christmas and wrote a note on my order, requesting that I receive it in time for Christmas. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, Katie contacted me and was very open and honest. Even with the company losing out on money, Katie recommended another Play System which was cheaper, but was in stock and had more of a chance of arriving in time for Christmas. A genuine company with the customers at heart, regardless of them losing money after I had cancelled my initial more expensive order, and then placed a cheaper one. Upon shipping, Katie was once again very open and honest. Soft Play Kingdom dispatched our order straight away, but we were made aware that it was then the couriers responsibility to deliver on time. Once the tracking information had been updated, our order appeared to be arriving after Christmas. Katie was brilliant and was checking in with UPS regularly. Thanks to Katie, the main part of our order arrived on Christmas Eve. I don’t normally write reviews, however this company and the customer service is absolutely brilliant all round. I would recommend to everyone and will definitely order from this company again.

I run a soft play hire company in Suffolk and have purchased all of my soft play equipment from Soft Play Kingdom. I originally found them through Google, and I wouldn’t use anyone else now. They’ve always been extremely friendly whenever I’ve emailed with questions, and they reply quickly. They’ve also been incredibly supportive of my small business and often share my setup photos and videos, which means a lot.

Every order has arrived on time and well packaged. The quality of the soft play is brilliant and after a year of repeated hires, everything still looks as good as new. The stitching, seams, and colours have all held up perfectly with no signs of wear and tear. My customers regularly compliment the setups, and the pieces are easy to clean, which is ideal for me.

Their products offer great value for money, and I know I’ll be a repeat customer for a long time. 🙂

I have bought a number of items from this shop for my son who had additional needs, they are amongst his most played with toys and are great at helping him develop his gross motor skills. Haven’t had great customer service like this in forever! Great communication, softly kingdom went above and beyond to get me my delivery and continue to provide support!

I recently purchased a new cover for my step and slide and it now looks brand new ! I also needed a connecting Velcro strip which isn’t an option on the website so I sent them an email with my request and they were more than happy to help me. Everything is great quality ! Softplay Kingdom have been a pleasure to work with. My first few purchases were for my own children who absolutely love their products and use them every single day in our home. It keeps them entertained for hours! I have since then ordered from Softplay Kingdom for a larger amount of items for my own business, the quality is amazing, the fabric wipes so easy, they have everything you could ever need or want. A lot of people are quick to write bad reviews these days, but I can honestly say Soft Play Kingdom is one of the most customer friendly companies I’ve dealt with.

We bought the biggest white bundle soft play which is lovely. Although, due to no fault of Soft Play Kingdom there was a slight issue with delivery. Katie who we dealt with was fantastic, she went over and above to help us out and done everything she could. We got the soft play bundle in the end and are just about to order another few items again! Thanks again Katie you were brilliant!
