Misleading product and refusal to refund
I received an item that did not match the description or images shown at the time of purchase. The quality was significantly poorer than advertised and not worth the price paid.
When I contacted the seller, they repeatedly refused a full refund and instead tried to push partial refunds (10%, then 20%, then 25%) to avoid taking responsibility. I was told I would only receive a full refund if I paid to return the item to China at my own expense, despite the product being misrepresented.
This experience felt deliberately obstructive and exhausting. If you are based in the UK, be aware that this seller does not honour consumer rights and makes refunds extremely difficult.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
