Deceptive advertising at its best! The beautiful solar peacock that was shown in the ad was nowhere close to the tiny little non moving clump of plastic that I received. They offered me 10% off of a future order and I said absolutely not!! Still waiting on a reply. I don't know how they can get away with this scam!!
You can send what the customer pays for, not something so small that I can barely make it out, I bought the peacock garden light that was on your ad, but instead I got a little bitty peacock that doesn't do anything, I also bought a garden owl from the same place tell me is it going to be the same.
My review is exactly the same as one I just read. I ordered an outdoor solar powered decoration for my yard.
It was supposed to be a Kinetic Peacock that opened and closed it's glowing wings and tail feathers when it turned on at night and off in the morning.
The pictures in the ad showed the size of the Peacock to be at least 2 feet tall based on the comparison of the woman holding it. She even commented on how she couldn't believe how big it was.
What I received was a small 6 inch tall static Peacock whose wings and tail feathers don't move at all!
I contacted the company to express my disappointment with their product and their deceptive advertising!
They wrote back saying they were sorry I wasn't happy with the Peacock I received, and offered me 15% discount on my next purchase.
Like sure, I'm going to order something else from them! I don't think so!
I don't advise doing business with this company.
It took three weeks for the product to deliver; it arrived without packaging—meaning it had been opened previously—has external damage, and doesn't work. It is absolute junk. I emailed the address listed on their website, but the email bounced back. Poor quality, bad service—do not buy from them.
