Software Advice was a no pressure way to make an initial screening for my software needs. They also provided followup to inquire if I needed more help. Additionally, they offered online advice to help me natigate my "shopping" experience.

No hassle way to get what you are looking for fast.

This was a great way to help our company find the right software for our growing business. We were looking for an easy time tracking tool, but there were so many options it was difficult to find the right one for our specific needs. Softwareadvice.com gave excellent options and streamlined the process. Not only did we find a time tracking software fast, but we found a system that can do so much more to help our daily business processes, like billing, payroll and CRM at the same time.
Softwareadvice.com had great customer service, were not pushy at all and followed up appropriately.
I will definitely use this the next time I need software advice.

I randomly came across their website…

I randomly came across their website when I was searching for timekeeping SaaS solutions and they immensely helped me.

Normally, when I am researching options for SaaS I do a blind Google search and find things that are relevant and hope I tapped the entire market and didn't miss a diamond in the ruff.

They not only took the time to understand what our needs were, but gave excellent recommendations and IT WAS FREE.

Not to mention, the articles on their website are ACTUALLY helpful and not full of fluff. They give great insight, advice and even templates for you to use when choosing between multiple software. I adjusted my RFP process based on what I read from their articles.

I can't thank them enough for helping streamline this search process. Just try it out, it's free so what do you have to loose?

Matching Software to our needs

In a world of many software options, it was nice to be able to explain our needs and Software Advice did the legwork. While I had done some research on my own and talked to a few companies, Software Advice narrowed down our options to 3 companies that might serve our needs. We ended up choosing 1 of the 3 and are in the process of implementation now.

They can see the future!

I have used Capterra to help me decide which way to go so many times I couldn't begin to count. This time was different. There were too many options and I couldn't make sense of all of it. So I did the unthinkable and asked for help. The REAL PEOPLE at Capterra (Software Advice) listened to my situational details and narrowed down the options to 4 instead of a hundred. The craziest part is two of the options did not have the number one criteria that I required yet but both were in private development of that option to be released this year. Amazing! They were looking at everything and super forward looking. I ended up selecting one of the options presented to me and it really has been great! I will continue to use Capterra when I need to compare software and programs.
