I have had the same experience as others on this string. I am charged monthly for the membership and cannot figure out how to cancel it.
Once logged into your account you can click on "Manage my CW Software Plus". If you click on the "Manage my Membership" you will find a link at the bottom of the page called "Refund Policy". Inside this page there is a link where they say ..."The membership can be cancelled here" but the link just goes back to the main membership page. This is indeed a scam. I am challenging the charge every month to my credit card company. So far, no problems but certainly a nusiance.

The software that they sell is a scam and then when you finally dig deep enough to fink out who and what you are dealing with they charge you for an additional monthly charge without consent and when you finally find out who to complain to it is MICROSOFT. For your added pleasure their phone number has been moved to an online address whom Microsoft will answer when they get around to it (24 to72 hours) some simple questions will take days upon weeks to answer so your questions are to late or lost all together. No wonder Gates got out while they honestly had customer service or integrity. SCAM!!

BE CAREFUL I bought Kofax PDF license. one time deal, paid in full. on 4/24/2024.
They start charging my credit card some of $10.76 monthly fees, without ant authorization.
There is no phone to call and they do not respond to email.

Who are these people they keep debiting my card

Purchased Vegus Movie Studio Platinum and downloaded it, but the license key is not working during the activation. Emailed the support and no one replied at the time of this writing. The error code states that the activation key was already registered to a different email. Hopefully, someone resolve the issue soon.

great costumer services

I was pleased with the price & ease of downloading Kofax pdf converter software, however they have been charging monthly fees after the fact. I looked back at my order (which I paid upfront) & there is no mention of ongoing monthly fees. I’m not sure how to get these fees stopped! I have no clue what the fees are for! I’m pretty frustrated about this!

On 10/18/2023 I purchased DesignCAD 2D 2022. This is not my first CAD program and the ad said "EASY TO USE". I have 2- CNC's and a laser that both run CAD programs that had a large learning curve that I was able to learn fairly quick. This software was anything but east to learn. I asked tor help twice with no response from CW. I have also asked twice for a refond with no responce. Buyer Beware

I purchased Cyberdirector Power Director 21 ultimate and it worked flawlessly. I was worried at first, but softwarecw has worked great.

Simple download and instructions to get this software up and running. My only disappointment is the lack of an option to add a cellphone without buying a new download for that. Otherwise great, just as advertised and finally do not have to use Adobe.

I had a problem receiving my download link, but the system is set up to automatically resend your links to your email after you send a request.

The first license key didn't work.Their chat line got me a new key fast and everything works fine.

Learning curve was not significant due to previous experience with AutoCAD and DraftSight software. Similar command structure and options. However, the one learning video covering basics is helpful, but does not cover many of the steps/commands that are needed for initial use. An expanded video library for beginners would be beneficial for 1st time users.
