I accidentally purchased the wrong product key for Microsoft Office without checking the operating system. I immediately connected with Eric via the chat function and he was able to offer me multiple solutions including amending my order to issue the appropriate product key. The issue was fixed in 3 message exchanges. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks so much for your great customer service Eric!

My version of Office suddenly stopped working and I thought what am I going to do , I know Software Depot I had used them before and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to use them again.The whole process of purchasing and downloading was so easy and it was reassuring to know that if I had a problem they would be there to help,I would highly recommend them for your next software purchase. After the easy installation of Microsoft 2021 I had a couple of questions and Emre answered very quickly and clearly. Very happy with the product and the service!

I've purchased 3 x MS Office licences from Software Depot over the past 2 years.

They are always about half the price of buying the licence for MS Office directly from Microsoft.

Just beware it takes up to 20 minutes to receive your licence number via email after ordering.

The person assisting me was Eric. He responded quickly and helped me efficiently. Appreciated the help and support. :)

I bought Microsoft Office from the Software Depot about a year ago, but then ended up never installing it as our old laptop packed up. When I tried to install it almost a year later, it kept coming up with an error message. I spoke to Eric via chat, who sent me a new product key and connected to my laptop to install it for me. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

I had a problem and asked for help, which then the support team reached out to me immediately and solved my problem.

It wasn't actually so great. When I didn't get the download instructions I thought I had been ripped off, so I ordered Word from the official Microsoft site. Now I have two copies of it.
