Don't be sucked in

I bought a copy of Windows 10 for £18 and received the download link that anyone can obtain for free. I only needed the product key but no key has appeared yet. Their claimed 1-2 hour support response produces no response at all.
I should have been more careful with their prices being so reasonable but I was taken in by their professional looking website.
I shall have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to obtain a refund.

not a company to deal with

they have ignored requests for a refund, due to Microsoft quote ( Unfortunately we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not recognise this as a valid product) I did try there codes to no joy there, they recommended activation by telephone but this was stopped by Microsoft in December 25. There 24/7 contact does not exist all I have received is 2 review files no other contact.

Scam company. Beware!

I bought a copy of Magix Xara Web Designer for £18 and received the download link and product code by return. I installed the software and tried to register it, but was told by Magix that this product code had already been used 7 months ago.
I contacted the company, but no response, so I have now raised a dispute with mu credit card company to obtain a refund.

Scam – product key not supplied

Software Desert's website looked professional and had contact details, so I thought it seemed genuine. I bought a product key for Microsoft Office 2016 for a discounted price of £13.50, but the emails I received didn't include the product key! (Yes, I did check my Junk folder.) I emailed back to complain but heard nothing more. So I've been ripped off, fortunately by only a small amount. My fault for not checking Trustpilot before buying.
