Please do not buy from this site
Please do not buy from this site, they give you incorrect information when ask. Advised to buy a product that is not compatible with laptop and then does not refund.
Also requested a manager give me a call from customer service who are very unhelpful, but have been told no-one will call
They have now email, but no resolution just standard response. Please do not buy from this site, use a site that cares about customer service

You have been looking at Office 2021 for Mac on our website when our agent advised "it will work on any macbook with OS 10.15 and above", but you went on and purchased Windows version.
We have sent you an email with the product key and instructions. In this email, it is clearly labeled that the product is for Windows, and there is a bold refund warning - once you redeem the product key, we can no longer issue you a refund. Have you had asked for a refund at this point, we would have issued it, no questions asked.
However, you redeemed the key, and only then asked for a refund.
Our agent offered to provide you a replacement key at GBP20.99 (which, by the way doesn't even cover our full cost), but you refused.
We do not consider this to be our fault in any way, and we are ready to take a small loss to have a happy customer, hence this offer.
We understand you are not happy with this offer, but are not willing to cover the full cost of what is not our mistake.

Not VAT registered
Software download was fine, licence key was accepted by Microsoft without issue. Note that they are not VAT registered (!!!) so if you are a business you won't be able to reclaim VAT from the price paid.
