DONT BE SCAMMED.not genuine license for Microsoft Office Pro. £11 extra set up dis in Arabic not English. KENT email said my PC must be set up in arabic. my pc is set to English obviously .ARABIC disc is Not for personal use. It’s wrong key numbers.
Pirate disc from Middle East at a guess.

Thank you for that information. Office Professional Plus 2024 is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations, that is not a genuine consumer Office licence, you will not be able to install

This company is a fraud i purchased two copies of office 2021 pro one for each device and neither will work and now the company is blanking me and failing to respond to my complaint. Just out to get your money its true what they say "if it walks like a duck"

Softwarekent was referred to as as outfit that supplied branded software, but some 3 to 4 versions behind the most up-to-date version. The price was significantly cheaper than the latter and the site appeared professional. However, the downloaded software could not be installed, despite an apparently genuine product key being supplied. They haven't replied to my complaint and the whole thing has been a complete waste of time - nearly 3 hours - and unbelievably frustrating. The concept appears good, but the idea of setting up something to do such bad business and waste everyone's time is abysmal.

This is not a UK company which is not declared on their WEB site. Edit I have checked with Company House and they do have an office in England. Where does your payment go?
They charge for useing a Debit card and the bank charge extra service charges.
The price I paid was fair but not the extra charges.
The item worked with the second code received.
I will not use this company again.

Scammers - beware! Selling digital keys that's already issued to others that fell for the same scam. Avoid them at all cost!

Not impressed. Bought a downloadable version of Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking 13 Lifetime Product. Nothing worked. Contacted company, who replied the next day asking for a screenshot of what was happening (rather not happening!), which I duly did. However, after receiving no reply 2 weeks later, I emailed again asking for an update on progress. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't had a reply to either message. So I'm reluctantly accepting that I've paid £27 for nothing and going to move on, but not going to SoftwareKent again.

Eventually got the license code after having to email softwarekent asking for it, initially after payment l got three emails but just a download link without license key to activate it. I was feeling very unhappy about it.
The phone number given for customer help was dead, not the best online seller but the price was very fair, it's a gamble is all i would say, i thought i had been scammed until today ( the next day ) i got an email with the license activation code.

I was searching for a legit copy of Windows 11 & Office 2021 when this company appears listed in the shopping list of my browser. It seems to be a perfectly legal entity with a decent website and all required credentials. After purchasing from them I immediately received my licence keys and links to download the software from Microsoft official sites. It all went very smoothly and I had no trouble validating both licences straight away. This is in sharp contrast with another company very recently I purchased an Office 2021 licence from and which I only managed to activate after phoning Microsoft, something it is not supposed to happen with an valid key.

They take your money off you and then provide you with a product that you cannot download, and then ignore you and don't refund and ignore all communications. Don't trust them and don't pay them a penny
