They are scammers (Dani Glock) !
They are scammers (Dani Glock), they sell shared licenses which are linked to an account belonging to them. They therefore have control over the duration of the subscription and can do whatever they want.
On their site they say "24/7 instant delivery" and that's a lie. They also say that you will receive a download link and installation instructions and that is not true.
After scamming you, they no longer respond to emails.
Avoid, scammers !

Im sorry for the experience you had, we provide security solutions, if you cant trust your security providers then you have an issue, order was delivered on time and instructions are optional and you said you had the official software with you, nobody scammed you, you received your purchase, have the software running with the purchased license, all mails were responded, after responding your rude messages you never wrote back
