Key didn't work. No contact from seller. Previous keys bought from here also stopped working eventually. I have purchased five Win7 keys and 1 Win10 key. Win10 key never worked, Win7 keys expired

Ordered a couple Office 2019, not delivered within 6 days and zero response from support.

Great Service Got the license key within 5 minutes. Worked great.

Used to be a decent company; but recently beginning right before the migration began having issues with the products purchased being valid - customer service has been less responsive and emails no longer in english.

It's been over a month since I first paid for two product licenses. Two illegitimate product codes were emailed and an offer was made by "Wesley" to refund my money. Potential buyers might like to know that this website is owned by a corporate shell company in the Caribbean and part of the Panama Papers expose!

I purchased a license for Windows 10 pro and the license key didn't work. I submitted a ticket with them and haven't heard back.

Same issue as Gertrude. Softwarelicense4u is a scam and online thieving company. Would not provide goods nor money back. Type of companies that should be investigated for daylight robbery. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

It's been two weeks that I paid softwarelicense4u but the licenses are still pending and no response from them. It's obvious that this is now a scam. Why redirect old customers to the old site and not provide customer assistance? Why not disable any ability to purchase software from a website that to all intents and purposes is obsolete. This is a crying shame. Buyers beware. Protect yourself from buying anything from softwarelicense4u. I have been a customer for several years but the last few time I purchased from them was not a great experience either. I just thought let me see if their service has improved. It got so much worse.

Problem sorted, I got my licenses after a week of struggle

The digital licence does not work.
I purchased a Windows 10 Professional Retail License but when I tried to activate the product, I received an error that said that I ‘don’t have a valid digital licence or product key.’ I posted requests to the chat line. I noticed that the help desk is either in the Netherlands or Curaçao and tried to post at times when they were available but received no reply. I posted a request to the support line but received no reply. I tried to send an email to info@softwarelicense4u but this bounced as the receiver’s server appeared to be not properly set up (I double checked mine). I now have a product that I cannot use properly. This is a shame as the previous product I purchased from Softwarelicense4u worked well. If the company can contact me I would appreciate it. Help alstublieft

Saved me a good bit on setting up a pc for my wife for college. Recommend by a friend, would recommend to others.
They are a weekday service, but purchasing is automatic and description can be found under your account.

I used this online company before successfully so I came back to them. They have a new interface which includes: "Chat" button that goes nowhere; Emails that go unanswered; and most importantly, NO SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD OR PRODUCT KEYS on website, and no verification email with download links or product keys. When you try to "log in" and "download" you are told the portal is "not accessible right now," and sent to another login site, at which point you are told your account is locked. I sent 4 emails requesting support and they were auto-responded to in Dutch: "your message will be reviewed shortly." The ONLY THING that occurred the same way as before is they took the money out of the credit card instantly. In past experience you get the product link within minutes as they advertise. NOT.

SCAM. Use at own risk. Purchased MS Office Pro Plus 2019 key code. All download links they provided in email were 404 not found on their website. Per their documentation you log into another support.softwarelic.. page but it wouldn't let me. Said username & pass didn't match, but could still log into main website. Clicked "forgot password" and said account suspended. No responses from them using contact us form other than automated ones. Used official MS download process but after installing & registration process began it said the code had been used too many times and was invalid.

Product installed and licensed as purchased

Bought a license for 10 Pro retail in January. Didn't work so I contacted support, they requested a screen shot (why I still don't know), sent screen shot and never heard back. Inquired 3 or 4 times further with no answer. Opened a new ticket in JULY referring to old ticket getting the answer they are out of stock. Just a couple days later support sent a new license and it finally works. 7 months to resolve a ticket isn't good service, so 1 star...

I have purchased 5 keys that worked. 2 of them just worked and 3 of them had to be activated by phone. I have purchased a 6th key and windows doesn't recognize it as a valid key. Today is Wednesday and I have been trying to get in touch with someone since Friday, but to no avail.

Edit: Leaving a review here seemed to make them act. They sent me a new key and it worked.
