Took my sons gaming PC as it wouldn't boot and been years since I've dabbled in building PC's so didn't have any components to try swapping out and test with.

Phil is very knowledgable and luckily had time to give it a quick once over whilst I was in the shop, he managed to diagnose the issue to be a defective RAM module, whilst we reminisced about the good old days of early PC times.

I left it with him to upgrade the swap and upgrade RAM as well as give the unit a good clean. Turn around was only a couple of days and very reasonably priced.

With such great service i'll be taking all my PC issues to Phil, to be resolved in the future!

This was the best quick fix to re install my printer with a new internet provider after many failures by other companies. I would use this company from now on as the first for all my computer requirements.

My computer was in poor health with rapidly deteriorating performance despite the use of expensive protective and remedial software. Although I have some background IT knowledge I realised the problems were beyond my skills set and looked for a trustworthy, reliable, well qualified professional to repair it or give it the last rites.
Reviews of Software Solutions seemed promising. As it turned out, my experience there exceeded all expectations.
Accurate diagnosis followed by appropriate action means my machine now has a new lease of life at a very reasonable cost.
Phil is a very friendly, down to earth character whose expertise is backed by his sheer delight in finding solutions. I shall certainly use his services again should the need arise and have no hesitation in recommending his company to others.

I took a dead 13 year old HP laptop to Software Solutions with no great hopes. En contraire, Phil thought it was a good machine, well worth saving. He got it going again, and did a few things to speed it up. He showed me a few laptops that he has built or refurbished. I certainly will be going to him when Microsoft stops supporting Windows 10 on my Asus Zenbook.

Took my old lap top in which was not downloading & had a damaged screen.
Renewed screen & re built the machine & reinstalled everything as it was with easier ways to access systems.
Nothing was too much trouble bearing in mind we are computer illiterate. Really patient & happy to help.
Would recommend & will use again when a further upgrade or replacement is required.

Took laptop in with battery issues and running slow. Talked me through potential reasons as to what it could be and everything was sorted within the same day as well as a service and removed malware and any viruses. Got me laptop running great again. Really made up with the service and very fairly priced. Will defo be using again
