I recently took my laptop there thinking that it was beyond repair. One week later I got the said laptop back working like new and done st a very reasonable cost . Thank you very much

I have spent a few months trying to find out what was causing random computer crashes and finally decided to take it to Software Solutions for a professional fix. Phil then looked at my gaming rig and within seconds successfully identified the cause! He's replaced a part and performed extensive stress tests to confirm it was resolved (and obviously it was) and also maximised my pc performance settings.
Phil was very professional and patient the whole time and I will surely go back in the future if/when I have any other issues, and I highly recommend his services. 5* service!

Fantastic service from Software Solutions Wigan. My laptop decided to completely fail shortly after updating to Windows 11. They took my laptop quickly and went above and beyond in resolving my issue. Quick service and fantastic price and also kept my fully up to date. I would recommend Software Solutions Wigan to anyone who needs tech assistance and I will definitely know where to go if any future problems arise.

I've been taking our laptop issues to Phil for the past few years and he's been amazing. He gives 110% to get you the best and most affordable solution. We have three laptops in the family and over the years I've had a smashed screen, a noisy fan, software and storage issues and he's been awesome. I ended up buying a reconditioned laptop from him and it's been the best one we've had- much better than the new ones we bought. Would definitely recommend.

The mouse pointer on my PC was frozen. I rang Phil, and he told me he was very busy, so he advised me over the phone what to do to fix the problem. I did as he asked and the pointer is now working. Many thanks.

Phil was very good at explaining to me why I couldn't do what I thought was possible. I learnt a lot from him in my visit to his shop and the emails he took the trouble to send to me. He wouldn't let me pay him for his time. You don't get many people being so helpful without wanting reward. He will be my go to shop from now on.

I bought a laptop for my wife a week ago from Software Solutions as her old one was playing up. The service I got from Phil was second to none in helping my wife to choose the best one for her. I was recommended to use this company about 4 years ago by my nephew, and I can honestly say Phil will go out of his way to help you out with any problem you you may have. Highly Recommended.
