Purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus- the product key worked for about one week and is now being rejected by Microsoft. Wish I'd read the reviews below, not sure how this company is getting away with it. They need to be shut down. They're taking everyones money!

The Windows 11 Pro key didn't work
The Windows 11 Pro key didn't work. I was asked to send a screenshot and sent it. But no response from the provider. Emailed twice. No response.
Then I found a generic key to upgrade from Home to Pro. After that, I used the key provided by Software Originales to activate it. There was no proper guidance to use the key.
