Job done right and I'm happy with it.
The only thing that disgusts me is the attempt to trick me into additional costs of the project. Despite the previously agreed amount with an expert at level X, I was issued an invoice for 2X, hiding behind the regulations of the platform, even though I did not create an account on it (it was created by an employee of this platform).

Very professional company, from start until the delivery. The right people were assigned to my project with in depth knowledge about my tech stack and industry. I was able to consult my ideas, resources needed and tasks to be performed. The execution runs smooth and without communication issues, even during holiday period which is very rare in these types of businesses.

This is definitely not a service for a regular customer, with lower budget, mostly due to its price (hiring quality professional costs money) but it’s definitely a quality service delivering on a project execution and qualified staff.

I will definitely continue working with SoftwareSupport whenever looking for a quality service and actual project execution.

Very good quality of both services and customer service. Something I would expect from a solid technology partner. The company simply delivers high value services and the future of work model is good but most important for me is the quality of services delivered and meeting the requirements.

Hired a UX Designer, the experience was very good and quality as well.

I am really pleased with the quality of the candidate sourced for us. I think the commercial model is good, but I am yet to see clear reporting of the costs accrued - the dashboard is a little unclear but when I asked questions I was quickly offered a demo by the account manager.

Scam. Scam. Scam.
Stay away. I trused them and lodged €1k.
Premium services were promissed.
Got nothing. They refused to pay the money back.
Absolute shame.

There's GlassDoor for that.
Here should be only allowed reviews from clients that hired them. And as you can see most of them are 1 star. I Lost €1k (they won't do a refund even if the money werent used) but you don't have too. Stay away.

The company keep taking money out my account I am partially blind and set up a project with a $300 budget and the company has already taken $1200 from me and did not do any work. I reached out about a refund and was ignored.

I signed up as a $100 package choice which to pay for their ( up to 5 hours ) work. Their worker worked more than 5 hours and did not tell me. And uploaded and reported their hours without asking me. I was on holidays. After a few days and my inbox were full of their invoices. Then when I opened the log in and found out that she had worked non-stop crazy hours. I said No, they have to stop. And they took my business card $1000, then again $500, which not telling me. I emailed them and I said I don't want their services. Please undo the work. They don't reply at all. 10 days ago I already contacted them I don't want their services they need to refund. Undo the work. Yesterday, I was shocking. They try to take from my business account again for $710. There are no button or form you can complaint on their software supp website. There are no unsubscribe that you can click. You called, they don't answer. You emailed them, they don't answer. And you can not delete your bank details on their system. They are totally scammer. If I need to hire someone to pay $2000 for a project. Why i click the button for $100 for 5 hours works on their website? Their package is to trick you into it, get your bank details. Then they can work as many hours they want, then take your money from your bank and make up an invoice to you. And tell you that you used their services. Crazy. I have to completely close down my business account. They try to take money from my account 5 times. I was totally in shock.

I was working as a CRM consultant with SoftwareSupp for almost 2 years. I can truly recommend it as a place where, as a freelancer, you can find a project that will fit your skills and availability.
Project Manager takes care of customer contact, formalities and you can really focus on the challenges in the project.
What I appreciate in the collaboration is flexibility for adjustments, wide network of specialists that can support your Customer in different technologies/areas needed and good system for tracking your work.

Great platform for finding developers. Besides just a network of qualified experts, SoftwareSupp provides tools to monitor progress of your project, which is very handy. You will always know what are you paying for and what is the status of your project.

While their response claims they will reimburse me for stealing my money, they only want to reimburse me $300 and only after I remove this review.
I refuse to remove this review. People need to know the fraudulent behaviour this company engages in. I’m happy to update the review upon receding a refund but will not remove it.
Again, stay away. You are better off dealing with credible companies

I have emailed support many times and they basically said bad luck.
Again I reiterate. I used your service over 18 months ago for a one off project.
You charged me again as a subscription service 12 months later.
Everyone reading, DO NOT USE these guys.

I used them for a one-off project 12 months ago on a different brand. Without any communication, they withdrew $500USD from my personal bank account. When questioned, they said I can use that money towards any projects. I don't have projects and I have no desire in using their services after the poor outcome of using them the one time last year. They refuse to return the money. This is theft. In 2022, no company should be allowed to operate this way.
If this message saves just one other person or company from being defrauded by SoftwareSupp then it is $500 well spent.

Software Supp is a great place to find excellent developers and freelancers for your software needs. I have been a freelancer with them for about 8 months and they provide great businesses and really focus on project delivery and value to the client.
The process for engagement is well structured and they are very responsive and supportive to both me as a freelancer and to the clients we are delivering value to. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some freelance workforce.

It has been an amazing experience working with Software supp. From the way the requirements are gathered and summarized to the help in terms of execution and product management and the safety in terms of Payment, Software Supp has been a great platform.

Regular exams regarding the Project Management handled at Software Supp and for other tools is extremely helpful in staying UpToDate with the methodology to follow while engaging with a client.
