Had a few problems cancelling existing licenses when downloaded. Dave from SoftwareSupply responded to assist very fast and the issue was fixed immediately. Also prompt advice when originally downloading the product which was most helpful.

I like this company. I bought two times ms Office pro 24 for me and my friends. I activated my version and start working. After 2 month the activation was resetted and I cant working. I was disappointed.. I call tech support but get only link for feedback. Something going wrong. Then I write second mail and got fast and helpfull support. I like techsupport team and I will recommend my friends software supply :)

Everything went exactly as expected, which is rare these days. the purchase process was clean, the code came through almost instantly, and activation was successfully on the first attempt. Can't really ask for more than that.
