I ordered a one time purchase and they signed me up for a subscription. The package I ordered will last me over a year so I would not order another one each month. They are apparently known for this. I didn't check them out because they seemed legit. Now they charged me and haven't even received the second order. They are avoiding complaints to their help department.

Only 1 star because there isn't a lower rating. I can't comment on how well or poorly the rodent repellant pouches work because I never received my order. Contacting the company did no good at all as they take no responsibility for selecting and using less reliable carriers to deliver their products. Tracking information provided claims my order we left "at or near" the mailbox but security cameras show no delivery at the date and time recorded in the tracking info. They have now stopped replying to inquiries concerning the issue. It maybe a great product, but I won't be trusting Sofyre enough to place another order.

Sofrye rodent packets? a scam, mice chewed and dragged packets from small entry hole. Should have known, When a company starts off purchase with the recurring subscription scam it's all down hill. Those packets couldn't cost more than 10 cents apiece to produce.DONT DO IT!

It has been worse than worse. All you get is a computer It has been two months now and I still don't have my product. I think it arrived at the post office but it was postage due and I didn't know what it was so I refused. They don't have real people to talk with to get this situation resolved. I will never trust them again.

Be advised that they hide an auto resupply in your order. Shipping times are extremely long and the tracking number they give you leads to a blank page. Even the "Shop" app can't find my order. Order confirmed 5/10/26 as of 5/21/26 no active tracking. No response from company other than Ai fumbling lies.

This company's sales method should be illegal!! I am now in membership HELL!! As someone else said, customer service is non-existent! Only wanted one-time purchase to try product. Not only do they continue to send product, AFTER my emails to cancel, they also charge a monthly membership fee. Would never buy from them again, due to their unscrupulous ways...obtaining credit card info, leaving the customer with NO control.

Terrible products and customer support is non existent. Charged me after cancelling subscription, attempted to cancel my order but was ignored. Attempted to return but zero response from customer support after several emails.

I received the product, put it all over the house, and I still have a mouse issue! Do not waste your money!
The product does not work.

Terrible company I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks regarding a return order. I accidentally ordered way too many and I have had no response. This company is a bunch of crooks.

Don't waste your money! This product is useless. The rats just walk over it to get to the food!!! We put it in our chicken house, and it does not work!!!

The pouches seem to work well but I am not sure they last for 90 days, especially when it is hot. They appear to dry out and lose their sent quicker but maybe not for the mice and rats.

I saw the add on Facebook right after a small rat fell on me when I opened the laundry room door. The ad was timely and I decided to give them a try. It took awhile to get the product… shipping could have been faster. So far, however, I am pleased with the rodent repellent.

It is too early to tell if the packets are going to work. However, in the last 5 days, I have NOT HEARD and little feet dancing in my walls.

So far, so good.

Ordered approx 4th May and received acknowledgement of order. In spite of follow up emails product has not arrived

I ordered the product 16 days ago and was told it shipped. I did not get the product, and the shipping links are inactive. When I searched online, I learned that they are frequently reported as scams and that the product often doesn't arrive. I have made 8 attempts to get a refund and have received only 1 reply, in which they ignored my requests and questions and told me to be patient.

I ordered their product on April 28th, as of today May 17th, in shipping info, say 9 day delivery, I have not received product and can no longer tract the package. Additional I have sent 2 inquiry regarding tracking and package, with no reply

This is about their website, not about their product.

Be careful when checking out, otherwise they'll sneak in "auto refills". When I noticed the "auto refill" in my shopping cart it wouldn't delete without deleting the entire order.

They sign you up for a subscription. Very sneaky, hard to find the cancellation option.

So far the product has failed the rats ate it.

Easy to work with. Ordering was easy. Keeping you informed of shipment.

Just received order today, 5/14. A lot later than expected, needed to insert it WHILE working on my trucks soy based wiring.
