Product never arrived after waiting a month for shipping.

Shipping on the “Shop” app say delivered but it’s not here.

Nice try almost getting me to auto subscribe.

Demanding a refund ASAP!

Delivery was quick, and worked great.

This was my first time ordering from a company that I knew nothing about other than what the product was and what other customers were saying about it in their reviews. I will have to say that the customer service and turn around times when communicating with Sofyre is outstanding. Not to mention that they always have the answer your looking for. I even got an e-mail from an employee, Dan, and gave me tips on where to place the pouches to be the most effective in order to get rid of the critters around my home. I highly recommend Sofyre to anyone looking for a great alternative to regular chemical products. Great job guys!!

Ordering was easy and any questions I might have had about the product were answered. I just now placed the packs around my garage and storage areas. I hope to see POSITIVE results as in NEGATIVE mice.

I don't always trust purchases on Facebook, but Softer has now been 2 for two on "Fast and Perfect" when it comes to delivery! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

This mouse repellent seems to do it's job at detouring mice from an area, but mine moved to another. I added more pouches to the new area and it helped, but it's a very cluttered area and I'm still trying to get them to leave. For areas not so cluttered I think it would work well. I will likely be ordering more.

Impossible to order mesequito repellant tabes in multiple packs. Gave up, throwing outdoor party. Needed more but gave up. Tried to order more mouse pouch’s in order 3 get 2 free. Ordered 6 together 4 free. I’ll be disappointed lf I get a 6 and 2. Site should show what your actually getting. At least on final receipt

Ordered this in November as a one time only. In April they started a subscription that we did not want or agree to. Sent in a cancelation and still received another shipment in May. Had to call the bank and request a new card. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.. they got us for 120.00

Ineffective! Still catching mice even next to the bag that's less than 30 days old. Just took another one out of my house tonight. I sent a photo of the mouse in the trap next to the bag in an earlier e-mail.

Delivery was sketchy. Arrival date kept changing. As far as product, way less noise after a week but I still have a couple of determined rodents in the house. I'm going to spread a few more pouches and see if that drives them out.

Smell was ok, good to deter mice in most areas but if the infestation is bad they will eat the packs open. Definitely worth getting many and reapplying often

These pouches were the best thing I ever purchased! I bought several different brands that yielded little or NO result. The only other competitor was very expensive and only lasted 30 days or less. Then came So Fyre! Eureka! I placed the pouches in strategic areas and the mice vanished! They smell good and ABSOLUTELY did what was promised!

Ordering process was great and delivered in a timely manner! I didn’t do the subscription to test the product out first and it seems to be working just the way they say it should!
