We have used Soho Home on two occasions to assist in designing the interior of our properties. Gamze has been outstanding on both occasions, never pushing products, but giving honest advice & providing design plans that we have been “over the moon” with. For anyone considering a home makeover, I would highly recommend Soho Home, as the quality of the products are excellent & I would definitely recommend booking Gamze to style your interior.

We had ordered a nightstand that came with a different set of handles than what was advertised. Our support rep, Daisy was on top it. She was in constant touch with us, keeping us in the loop at every step of the process. Our new handles were finally delivered and we are delighted with how it turned out. Hi, my wife and I bought a house full of furniture from Soho Home which is all excellent quality. We had one issue with a sofa that became defective after 14 months with a metal rod working it's way out through a side wall. The manner by which thus was dealt with initially was very poor and I had to remind Soho Home on a number of occasions that it needed to be sorted. For what ever reasons - probably staff leaving - the issue was not being resolved. However, after another prompt, a young woman called Jill took control, arranged a replacement and a refund of the delta between the original and replacement sofa costs and with good grace completely sorted the issue. We now have a beautiful sofa in place at home. It may have took a little work n our part to get this result but it should be said that Soho Home and Jill in particular came through for us when called upon.
