Honestly couldn’t recommend the apartment we stayed in enough, kind and courteous hosts with nothing being too much. We arrived to welcome gifts and additional beach towels too! Would highly recommend their apartments too all! Rebooked for next summer and we cannot wait to come back. We stayed in ramsgate in one of the royal sands development apartments. 2 adults 2 children.

Everything was perfect!

The location & the view are brilliant. That is unfortunatly where the compliments stop.

On arrival everything looked okay on the inside. We put our luggage inside & went straight out. On getting back later that night i realised there was a problem with the toilet roll holder in the on suite bathroom, it was late so decided i would contact the host the next day. As i was going to get into bed in the master bedroom i noticed that the sheets were stained so decided to sleep on top of the duvet with my dressing gown as not only was the duvet stained but also the throw. My children were going to sleep in the second bedroom & as i was going to put them to bed realised that the throws were missing from there beds. There was a cupboard in the room so i opened it up & the throws from there beds were thrown on a shelf inside. On inspection they were there as were heavily stained with a brown substance! We worked it out & went to bed.

On waking the next day as i went to use the shower in the on suite i noticed that the shower door handle was hanging off. It looked fine but once you touched it it was not conected to the door. We got ready & i decided to message the host. I raised my concerns & have never recieved such shocking customer service. I had 1 host emailing me & another whatsapping me. The conclusion was the shower door was fine before you got there as looks fine on the cleaners video. We will get it sorted once you check out! I mentioned the stained sheets & was told they run the laundrette & the sheets were washed. I then recieved still pictures of the cleaners video showing me the full laundry basket & the shower door looking fine. I told the host i was not desputing they had been laundered but they were not clean. I then asked if it would be what they expected & did not recieve an answer.

The terrace is massive & the view is great. That is if your standing & not looking through the seagull poo stained glass panels. There was a mop & bucket & also a broom out on the terrace & it fully puzzled me why as it had not been cleaned in a long while. The furniture is all also stained with seagull poo. I found the furniture covers in the corner filled with stagnent water. So i guess it never gets covered as well as never being cleaned.

The sofas in the front room are a real treasure trove when moved as they NEVER get cleaned under.

We did not recieve the right amount of towels, no one had a hand towel & we all had 1 on our previous visit & the bath towels we did recieve were off white. We had 1 blue towel with 2 white & 2 off white. Some needs to learn that you can not wash white towel with dark blue towels!

So in summary if you appreciate rude hosts, stained sheets & an unclean appartment appealing, then this is the place for you!

The colour of the towels was an issue as the blue 1 had clearly dyed the white ones. And on our previous stay we all had our own hand towel, this time there was 2 between 5 of us. Have a look at your pictures you use to get customers. Every bed has a bath towel & hand towel! As you told me you owned the laundrette also, you needed to know that your laundry is not up to scratch!

I have full videos & photos. Wished i could upload them here as we would see that my review is genuine & the appartment was dirty!

When paying to stay somewhere the least you expect is unstained sheets & throws, clean or not stains do not make you think clean!

No guests are every going to be satisfied with stained sheets!!!

I would like to make it known that i have stayed with them once before, not numerous. I stayed 1 night & could not be bothered to complain.

Let it also be known i made this review here as NO review link was sent from sohotstays, because they know they are wrong & my pictures & videos would show them & there dirty appartment up!!!

We're staying at no.2, flat 1, Vere road in Broadstairs. The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect. If only we could get some sleep! The residents and friends? in the apartment above the front bedroom have kept us awake every night with their loud partying, shouting and swearing, arguing etc. from the time we go to bed until 6/7 o'clock in the morning. Not the holiday we were looking forward to.

I came across Sohot almost by mistake and was really impressed with quality of accommodation available on their website along the Kent coast. We were 2 couples looking for a two night stay in a good location in Ramsgate and their 2 bed apartment on the coast looked just the ticket. Sometimes website photos are taken a while ago and don't reflect reality however we definitely got what we were expecting, a top quality accomodation in a prime location with a terrific sea view. The communication from the owners was really spot on, informative not intrusive and nicely responsive to questions in a timely manor well done Natalie & Abbey.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SoHot Stays in Margate for a sea side break, and I have to say that it was an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, everything about my stay was impeccable.

The location of the property was ideal, situated right by the sea with incredible views that simply took my breath away. Watching the sunset over the water from the comfort of my apartment was an experience I will never forget.

Speaking of the apartment, it was immaculately clean and well-appointed. Every inch of the space felt like it had been cared for with attention to detail, making me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the living area was spacious and inviting.

The service provided by SoHot Stays was also exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I highly recommend SoHot Stays to anyone looking for a sea side getaway in Margate. The combination of stunning sea views and a spotless and comfortable apartment made for an unforgettable stay. Thank you SoHot Stays for a wonderful experience!
