Good selections
Good selections - I found all I needed. Service was reasonably quick for am online order and pick up. They called a few times to let me know my items had arrived to the store and I would have picked up the first time if the pharmacy was not identified under a different name in the call.

I went to collect my parcel from the…
I went to collect my parcel from the shop after using click and collect. I had not received a text from the shop that the order had arrived (which I was suppose to) so I had to call customer care for them to confirm it was in fact in the shop ready for collection.
When I arrived they did not know about their click and collect option. And when they found my package it was under a pile of boxes and stock with the box being squashed from the weight.
I found the whole experience bizarre.
