Super Quick, super helpful, super nice and an undetectable repair could not ask for more from Jawad at the shop counter at Selfridges!!

Excellent, friendly, top quality service from a gentleman named Jawad. I stopped by in between meetings as my blazer needed a little bit of work. He was able to help me instantly and I was on my way to the next meeting looking dapper thanks to him. Will definitely come back.

Amazing a very quick turnaround,easy to request on the site exactly what you want them to do to your clothing ! I'm so impressed by SOJO as a service. I have a beloved wool coat and the lining was broken and wool wearing thin at the back. I feared it was beyond repair but SOJO communicated so well with me about the best methods to fix it and I'm so happy with the results. The threaded wool has been pulled back through and reinforced, so it'll last many more years, and the lining is brand new. Thank you so much to Inga who looked after it for me, and to Freya and Lucia who communicated so well via email, I'm really grateful!

Exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure the alteration was correct.

They did a great job altering and repairing two pairs of trousers. Fantastic communication to make sure the job was submitted by me correctly and that the job was done correctly by the tailor. Only one star knocked off because they re-stitched one of the labels inside the waistband, wonky!
