Faye repaired my damaged jumper so well I couldn’t see the damage caused by moths. The Sojo service was outstanding from start to finish. The jumper was back with me within a week of posting.

So good! So fast! I’m delighted with my shorter dress and a much loved skirt brought up to a new hemline. Will use again.

I’m thrilled to have found this service. I placed my order for repairs to a blouse and pair of trousers online and the turnaround has been super-quick, well within the 7 days mentioned. The underarms of the blouse were patched as the rips were too large to darn, and though the fabric couldn’t be exactly matched, I wouldn’t expect it to be. Indeed, the slightly different shade is part of the charm of the repair. The holes to the trousers were neatly darned and near invisible. I’ll definitely use SOJO again.

The only tailor that responded to my enquiries and also offered postage both ways which was a godsend as I am disabled! Anya did an amazing job, I'm so happy with my dress slit closure, thank you!

It was my first time using Sojo in Westfield White City, and I was very pleased with the results. I had taken a Geox jacket for a zipper replacement and it was done quite quickly by Ayla. I had also taken a pair of jeans to be repaired (by Curtiss) for a rip at the back and that was done and ready to be collected the next day. I will definitely use again. Thanks !

Took a pair of trousers into the Westfield Stratford store as the zip had broken. The service was super quick and the repair is very professional. I wasn’t around to collect them, so arranged them to be delivered to my house and they arrived within 4 days of me dropping them off. Fabulous service all round, thank you.

Terrible experience ! First Time using Sojo after a Damson Madder purchase. They sent me a Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping label, I posted the parcel and now the parcel is lost, the tracking does not work. The post office is admitting the parcel is lost and have advised me to contact Sojo. No answer, I have lost a pair of brand new trousers bought from Damson Madder, nobody takes responsibility for it, nobody refunds me, it is terribly frustrating. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone. My local seamstress does the job very well, my fault for being influenced by Damson Madder into trying Sojo.

I was sceptical and cautious when leaving my new jacket for sleeves shortening but the result is absolutely great! Done very professionally and to the highest standard possible.

Olivia has done a great job on my trouser dreams despite some dodgy home repairs before.

I bought a pair of Dala jeans recently that needed taking up. Through the Dala website I got a discount which was a bonus. I paid for the shortening option using the original hem and it was well worth it. I took them into Selfridges and had them posted back to me.They look great!

Sojo did a great job on my Margaret Howell jumper last year fixing the collar. Unfortunately it frayed again due to normal wear and tear. Even though it had been 8 months since they fixed it, they agreed to repair it free of charge, which I really appreciated.

To cap it off, the service was rapid (and this was during the Christmas break). They even found another potential issue with the jumper that they fixed at a small charge (saving me sending it off again).

You might find a cheaper service somewhere else, but Sojo is absolutely worth the expense based on the quality of the work and the outstanding customer service.

Perfectly done and so quick

My much loved Damson Madder coat had lost a popper. I contacted DM to ask if they could repair, and was introduced to Sojo. The service was entirely free (not even any postage to pay as there was a special offer in place) and my coat arrived back today, less than a week after I sent it (despite the xmas break). Coat looks good as new, so highly impressed both with DM and Sojo. Thank you!
