My jeans were taken up quite professionally cost £18, which is ok. Needed Jackett sleeves taken up but was too pricey. Glad to support start ups good location in Selfridges Oxford st.
Don't stay here. We stayed here last year and the accommodation smelled strongly of smoke and stale alcohol. The halls are rough and full of teenagers smoking/drinking. The back is full of rats and t... See more

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No flexibility on check in or check out. Called and spoke to Jessica who was more like a robot and wasn’t in the slightest bit concerned. I wanted a slightly early check in by a maximum of a hour. which they could not agree to. I spent 40 minutes speaking to Jessica and it was incredibly frustrating. I then have been emailing to try and get a late check out, again by an hour and they want to charge me £30. This company could not care less about its customers. Do not use this company,

Avoid Sojo Stay/Opulent Living - terrible service
We rented a Three Bedroom Luxurious Apts near Spitalfields Market, TB 17, 21 Toynbee Street, Greater London, England, E1 7NE, The day prior to arrival we were advised that the rooftop terrace door was broken, so we couldn't access the roof, nor cool the upper floors down. This rooftop was an appeal of this apartment. Having travelled through Europe prior (Italy, France etc), our family (two teenagers) were looking forward to the additional space of this stay in London. The WiFi ran at 3Mbps, so wasn't fast enough to use on streaming devices, nor access Netflix or anything on the TV. There's no 'free to air' antenna connection nor cable, so the TV was useless. The TV in the master bedroom didn't have a remote control and couldn't be operated without it. The Master bedroom toilet seat was broken and just hanging on. The Shower knob wasn't attached, so would come off when you held it and the temperature control was loose. The apartment never got below 25 degrees internally as no windows can be opened on the West side of the apartment and the East side windows are limited. There's no air conditioning and the terrace door was broken. The Kitchen has the bare minimum of utensils, cutlery and plate etc. 3 wine glasses? We were limited in what we could cook. I tried to communicate to the SoJo Stay management and were simply advised "We do apologize on this inconvenience you have encountered. Rest assured that we have already relied this to the team.". Basically, suck it up for the 4 nights that you paid us a premium for. I would look for better appartments and accommodation with another company who truly cares.
