I had ordered earrings for a Christmas present. They were unfortunately delivered to the wrong address, which is not the fault of Solace. I contacted the delivery company and Solace. Solace sent a replacement straight away despite it being the weekend just before Christmas.

The first time the jewellery arrived, the necklace was tangled and there was just a back for one earring. The second time, the necklace was OK, but the earrings were so tiny I thought there was nothing in the pouch at first, nothing like the size of fronts in the advert. Very disappointing

My 2 daughters have very sensitive ears and can only wear certain jewellery, I was slightly hesitant to order from here due to the prices being so ‘cheap’. We ordered the screw back sets to stop irritation of the stud itself, both pairs of earrings came within 2 days of ordering they have both had the earrings in for over a week now and we have not had a single problem, the packaging was stunning overall great experience would definitely order from here again! ☺️

Ordered over €80 order from this company for a present and after a week I received information that export was cancelled. Received no information further from company at this point; sent an email and got no reply and send instagram messages which I was told they would look into it. I had to follow up on this again after not hearing back and eventually I asked for a refund as I could get no further information on my order.
Was glad to receive my refund but it was a whole saga for a number of weeks and overall was very disappointed with this. Don’t order to Ireland!

Perfect.
Daughter had ears pierced about a year ago and we never had any issues. Then suddenly she had a reaction to a pair that left her ears blistered, weeping and sore.
After 2 weeks of looking after them, I came to Solace as a last attempt to help her skin before taking her to the doctor. I ordered her two pairs, with a simple yet beautiful design and they were delivered within 3 days.
I joke not when I say that within 24 hours the swelling was reduced to almost nothing, the weeping had stopped and the skin didn’t hurt anymore.
These earrings were worth every penny and I wish I had ordered them sooner- because I knew about Solace a year ago!
Easy to order, great delivery service, beautiful packaging, personal touch and two beautiful sets of earrings.
