Love this company! The only place I will buy earrings for my 5 year old from. Really pretty designs but still dainty and suitable for children. Hypoallergenic material makes them really comfortable and can be worn 24/7. Great quality. Also lovely packaging and quick delivery :)

Awful customer service, ignore your emails! Earrings are not as advertised on the website, they show standard size but when they arrive earrings are tiny child size, not suitable for adults. When trying to organise to return the items, you get ignored! Stuck with £55 worth of earrings that are not fit for purpose. Avoid this company!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service . They sent me the wrong size earrings to what were ordered and that were needed for my holiday due to the length . I contacted them and was offered a refund or a replacement sent . I asked for a refund as it was too late to get the replacement for holiday and then another customer service rep said I needed to return the wrong earrings in return for the refund despite me being on holiday ( and solace being at fault ) and them not being able to re sell them as they have been opened ( I’d hope they aren’t planning to re sell them due to hygiene regardless of them being used they aren’t in a box like a jewellery shop where you can tell whether they are used or not . Definetly will not be ordering from here again which is a shame as I have made many previous purchases with them not only because of customer service but the fact they are possibly reselling opened items .

No more itchy ears
I am awfully allergic to earrings that are not hypoallergenic. I got my ears repierced so was looking for a pair that didn’t itch or infect my ears. Found these online so thought I’d give them a go, I got some flat backs so I could sleep in them. First thoughts, packaging looked lovely however earrings came loose from the pouch so they were just knocking around in the box. The actual earrings are simple but exactly what I was looking for, I have not had as much as a scratch and I’ve been wearing them for over a month now. I will be repurchasing and have a basket ready to buy, really happy and does exactly as it says!

Earrings that do not disappoint, you will not regret buying
I have suffered with my nickel allergy for as long as I can remember and it always made me so sad that I couldn't wear earrings to dress up my outfits like all the other girls did. It is something minor but it really got to me.
Finding Solace Jewellery has been a god send for me personally and I'm ecstatic that I can finally wear earrings again, with no pain and irritation! Not only that, there is no restriction with the styles of earring as there is so much selection, and all for reasonable prices. Not the colour in the picture
I have always been delighted with my purchases of children’s earrings from Solace Jewellery previously, so much so that I returned to buy another pair of earrings for a gift. However this time I am left disappointed with my purchase. I bought the colourful flower hypoallergenic earrings in gold and pink. Disappointingly the pink is very pale and nothing like the vibrant pink shown in the photos. I would shop with Solace Jewellery again as I’ve had some lovely products before, but would avoid this particular colour.

Say goodbye to sore red ears.
Just when I thought Solace couldn’t get any better, they did.I have always had sore ears even with expensive earrings but not now. Even leaving in overnight is no problem. Now they have some with flat backs and they are also very comfortable.
Their customer service is very good. Ask a question and it’s answered the same day. Using person's name on emails just makes you feel they are speaking to you.
