From start to finish everything went to plan. The planning around our complicated roof shape took some thought with the help of Sam. Payment system was easy. Scaffolders did a marvellous job in searing heat, thank you.
Sam and his installation team turned up nice and early and again worked in impossibly high temperatures. Nevertheless the whole installation was carried out efficiently and everything about the system was carefully explained to us. Your fabulous friendly teams all worked in harmony.

The communication and service from beginning to end was exceptional even when I made changes to my planned layout along the way. They responded immediately to any questions I had and the technicians who carried out the installation and commissioning were very accommodating and considerate, also cleaned up after themselves to a high standard.

The initial visit from the rep was excellent - very thorough and carefully answered every question. He was also involved throughout the process and even responded to one email at the weekend. The quote was in line with 2 other quotes I received and I was very encouraged by the professional approach. The installation was split over two days because of a mistake by Greenscape, the company partnering with Ovo in my region, but this was quickly resolved and the installation was done very professionally and courteously by the 2 installers. The whole job was very neat and tidy. The system is already showing benefits after just a week. Very satisfied.

Had a Solar + battery install a couple of weeks ago. 5 star service right from the initial contact to the completion of all the paperwork post install. A special mention to the guys who performed the install who worked quickly and efficiently. You can tell from the neatness of the wiring etc. that they take pride in what they do. Am well happy with the actual system itself and its already exceeding expectations.

We have recently had solar panels / battery fitted by Greenscape Energy/OVO Energy and the service was outstanding! We had some issues with a restrictive covenant, however Gideon and his team were incredibly helpful to find a resolution. The installers who are very polite and helpful kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. Highly recommend this company!!
