Great service from start to finish.
Installation team kept me informed all the time of what they were doing and how it all worked.
I could not recommend OVO and Griff services enough, they were competitive in price and offered the best sell back price.

Great service from Griff Services from start to finish. No pressure to purchase and estimation was close enough to quotation once a site visit was made to measure up.
Changes and upgrades to design easily made and requoted.
Lads doing the installation were great neat and tidy install.

Excellent service, the electricians and solar panel installers were exceptional. Only hiccup was the scaffolding. I would highly recommend this team.

A job well done! All the various workers were a pleasure to have on my property, were knowledgeable and helpful and completed the work to what I believe is a very high standard.
The equipment is now working well. Griff services are excellent however my only complaint would be the lack of customer care from OVO energy themselves as customer service is poor to say the least. I still await the right tariff and confirmation that I am getting paid for the now large amount of electricity I am exporting to the grid.

My installation was excellent. The crew were prompt, courteous and worked hard explaining everything as they went along. They tidied up after themselves.

The whole process was easy and efficient , the quote was competitive , the installers arrived on time and were clean and tidy. They fitted everything in two days and helped me download the app. A 5* service.

Michael and team were responsive and communicative. They understood what I wanted (a relatively unusual off-grid isolation PV installation) and designed and procured the materials to meet my needs.
There was a small issue found in commissioning which was fixed quickly. The on site team were pleasant to have in my house and very clean, courteous workers.
If I need more work in future Griff Services will be my first (and possibly only) call.

Griff Service were excellent from start to finish, far better than every other company that I had spoken to about solar systems. The installation were extremely polite, friendly and got on with the job without any fuss. They were respectful to my property and parked the vans safely allowing access to my neighbours. I am very pleased that I chose this company for my installation and can highly recommend them. This is a very honest review complied by myself.

Excellent communication from initial enquiry to completed installation. The quality of the installation is superb, very neat and exactly where I wanted it. Handover also very good. Definitely a 5 star company.
