Hard-working and efficient group of electricians and scaffolders/roofers. Full installation in 2 days, leaving a clean, working system.

The sales person provided plenty of information, including an annual estimated amount of electric that would be generated. Using the size, slope angle and orientation of the panels, and including the Lat and Long (for sunshine prediction), we were given a diagram which showed the amount of electric we should generate in a year. I have an engineering background and I found the calculations estimating electric generation to be comprehensive and believable.
Since the panels were switched on (about 2 weeks ago - April 2026), we have not used any electric from the grid.

A great overall experience. Lots of support available answering questions before the install, and then a speedy and efficient installation service from the very pleasant and skilled teams of scaffolders, roofers and electricians. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of installing panels. Very many thanks for making what we thought might have been a long a complex profess so effortless for us.

Quick response and installation. Scaffolding Monday a.m. Solar Panels Tuesday morning, battery and electrical installation Tuesday p.m. so all up and running by 4 p.m. Scaffolding down Thursday a.m.

After making the decision to move away from gas and go to electric heating we soon became aware for this to be affordable we needed solar. Having looked at other suppliers we decided to go with OVO South Coast.
The experience was positive from initial planning to installation the staff were enthusiastic and professional the work being carried out to a high standard and at price that was very competitive.
The system has now being running for 2 month's with out problem and is actually making money. I did feel that the 8 weeks to setup it took to setup the Smart Export Guarantee (payment method for exported electricity) was to long but as this a government initiative was outside of OVO control. We have had a couple of issues with the Fox Cloud app, which monitors the solar system, but these were sorted out with help from Rhys Webb our aftercare contact.

This company was 100% efficient from start to finish.
Once we had our very competitive quote and survey, the team were immediately in touch discussing any options we required. A date was promptly set for scaffolding and installation. Monday scaffolding erected, Tuesday the Solar Panels, Inverter and battery installed, the very competent electrician worked through the day. The next morning he returned to finalise the installation, he talked us through it and installed our App, which is brilliant. The paperwork was sent to OVO who immediately contacted us to sign up to export our excess electric to the grid. The battery is storing energy all day even when cloudy, far in excess of what we expected. A delighted customer

My experience of the installation team was very positive and all trades from scaffolders, panel installers, and electrician were all very polite and helpful. All done within 4 days with very little mess. Also the office staff were so helpful and took the time to explain everything.

The whole experience from start to finish was first class no sales pressure just honest conversations when they said work was going to start it started from scaffolders to Cam who fitted the panels and Stuart the electrician every thing went like clockwork. Stuart even had the patience to teach a women of a certain age how to set up the app much appreciated Stuart thank you. Highly professional team, from initial quotation through to installation and aftercare. Both James and Danielle in the sales team were able to answer all my queries and offer expertise and advice when designing my solar system. Josh, Declan and the team of scaffolders and my Installers, Stuart, Drew, Taz and Cam were all highly efficient, respectful, collaborative, competent and happy! remarkably they worked quickly in sub zero temperatures to get my system up and running within 30 hours of first arriving to site! Incredible work guys! Rhys in aftercare - has been very supportive guiding me through the next steps of my solar journey.
