Purchased a kit of solar panels and inverter. Order arrived swiftly . Items fitted by myself and I had an electrician connect the electrics.
This company checked over and did the admin to get approval very swiftly.
Cost including electrician was approx 1/3 of the cost quoted by installers. Should take just 3 years to recoup costs instead of nearly 10 years.
