It took us 4 years to pull the trigger on solar, so this was never going to be an impulsive purchase. Solarbility were patient, professional, competitively priced, and designed the system intelligently to make proper use of the available roof space.
Out of 3 quotes, they were the best value. Service was faultless throughout. More importantly, when a minor niggle came up, they dealt with it smoothly and without any fuss. That’s usually the real tell as to whether a company is solid.

A top notch company! Solarbility customer service is second to none, installation and commissioning was excellent. Installation took less than two days and all the guys extremely considerate and very professional. Best of all Solarbility was the least expensive of all the quotes I received. Plus they are a local independent company providing a superb product.

There is a real focus on the customer: everyone you deal with from the initial quote through to commissioning is efficient and very friendly. Gary, the boss, is always available should there be any questions. The installation is very professional and looks great and the price was very competitive.

It only went in a week ago and already on a sunny day (it's March) we're self sufficient and settling per back to the grid. Great result.

Our solar panel installation with 6kWh battery is now 3 years old and the actual savings are on track to deliver an 8.5 year pay back. Gary and his Solarbility team have been very professional and easy to work with and we are really pleased we chose this local supplier.

Gary and the team installed the solar panels along with batteries in December 2022. This was a very efficient process. Since installation there has been no issues at all and the system works well.
Any queries I have had I have contacted Gary by Whats App and he has always responded the same day.

We selected Solarbility based on references from others. We have had our system several years and whenever I have had operational questions Gary has been very responsive and helpful. Customer Care is so important and Gary delivers! I had a question today about battery charging rate and Gary responded by WhatsApp very quickly explaining that this is influenced by the ambient temperature where the inverter and battery are located. Thanks Gary.

From start to finish, the entire experience was exactly what I hoped for. The attention to detail, the willingness to accommodate my requests, and the patient answers to my many questions were all fantastic. Gary and the team genuinely go above and beyond to ensure a flawless process. They chased the scaffolders to make sure everything was in place on time, replied promptly to every email, handled all the paperwork on the day of installation, and completed the fitting quickly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. Everything was left clean and tidy, too. We’re absolutely thrilled with our solar PV and battery installation and can’t recommend Solarbility highly enough. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. The system is neat, well-designed, and exactly what we were looking for. Their pricing is also very competitive, making the whole experience a real win-win.

Solarbility came recommended to me by a colleague. From speaking with Jackie to go through the quote, to Gary coming round to look at some obstacles and house renovations to work round, nothing was too much trouble.
The installation team were all very friendly and knowledgable, the process was evened staged to work round my builders. We had 10 panels and a 5kw battery which fitted in our under stairs cupboard out of the way.

Amazing experience from start to finish and after service, nothing is too much. We love our system and the energy saving it is producing.

I cannot recommend Solarbility enough. Gary and Will went above and beyond what was needed on moving and replacing the solar panels on our roof. Also suggesting that the panels be birdproofed to get rid of the pigeon infestation.
