Ridiculously bad company, don't buy or you regret.

1) misleading sale information,
- they said you can get full VAT refund and they will assist you to do so. In reality, the VAT refund is not guaranteed, so you better put this to the contract, in case of failure of reclaim, the contract can be cancelled.
- the VAT refund has a maximum, and they won't tell you. The maximum is 2495 euros. So you better limit your battery size such that the VAT won't past the threshold.
- There are fixed one-time cost from the battery size, which is the size per kWh x 15.6 euros. This hidden cost is also skipped from the sale.

2) irresponsible and non efficient customer service
- it is hard to reach out even your call is marked as urgent request.
- the schedule date is always at least two to three weeks. But if the technician is delayed, your next appointment will be another month.
- they just do not care about one customer as they are just too busy to handle your request.

3) overestimated return from the home battery
- the estimated return is only 100 euros per month per 45.6 kWh battery, which is 3 times less than the claimed return, (well I have only two months data).
- the battery down time is not included. My new battery used for two months was down, implying how bad the quality of the battery is. I called them to repair, two weeks and then the technician delayed by 3 hours and skipped me, another month that I have to wait for them.

Last but not least, this company only "apologise" in words but not actions. For the sake of god, stay away from Solar Concept. Or you will regret like me.

The sales process and installation process was good. Professional team.

The sales process was seamless, and our questions were answered promptly. All explanations were straightforward and clear. We were able to make changes to the order later on in the process. There was an on-site inspection of the roof. Though the installation took a bit longer due to the challenges of our old house, ultimately, good decisions were made, and everything looks (and works up till now) great.

While the initial installation of our solar system was satisfactory, we have been disappointed with the after-sales service. When our Enphase gateway became defective, we experienced significant delays and communication issues in getting it replaced. Multiple follow-up attempts were required, and we are still awaiting resolution. For a significant investment in renewable energy technology, the level of customer support has fallen well below expectations.

Good communications and great service: installed solar panels for elderly lady and they were quite considerate.

We changed the router and so the connection between the solar control panel and the router was lost.
Trying to restore the connection was not straightforward, however, the technical dept took us through the process step by step over the phone, connection restored, thank you.

This is the worst experience ever: like another 'victim' of this company, we did not get our solar panels, though the agreement was made in july '22,
their installation expert came to visit our house and made the installatie plan,
our electric installation (meterkast) was rearranged by them (€675) in december -
They unilaterally cancelled the agreament in ...march'22 - by telephone & without giving a valid reason.
This company stinks like hell!
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Installation was well prepared and and smooth.

would have given lower rate if that would exist.

1- I got offer in October. they came in March. they said, oh! you roof is too high. we do not have lift. and this happened despite somebody inspected the roof in November. they disappeard. I could only get a new appointment after calling them several times. 2- electrician did the job in the same day. the day after, I saw the fusebox is almost on fire! making a smoke.

3-in the new appointment for installation, they came and said, oh sorry, we can only install 11 panels, while I have a quot for 12!

my advise: stay away from this company with lack of planning and costumer satisfaction. they only see the sign of $$
