What can I say, I spoke to Scott from Wickes Solar Fast and explained what I wanted etc, top of the list was no hard sell and this young man was open, how at and very knowledgeable. As a result within 15 minutes I’d made up my mind to go with Solar Fast to install roof panels, inverter and two batteries. Top man Scott, thanks.

Full marks to the Solar Fast technicians Adam and Jack for an efficient and fast service. I recently lost the internet connection to my solar panels, for some unknown reason. With their guidance and help the system was eventually restored. They were both knowledgeable and polite throughout!

Hi,
Panels fitted however scaffold still up around my property even when the work is complete. No real help in setting up the app’s, not sure if they are working correctly. Asked for payment straight away which I paid however still not had the final completion certificate or completion certificate to date. Overall disappointing service

Your installation was completed on Wednesday 22nd, and as Savannah mentioned during her SAT call, scaffolding is usually removed a couple of days after payment is received — so this should be scheduled for today (27th) or tomorrow (28th). Your completion paperwork is issued within 3–5 days after payment, so you should receive this very soon as well.
We’ve spoken to the installers, who confirmed they went through the app setup with you on-site. However, to make sure you’re completely comfortable and everything is working correctly, our Tech Team will give you a call today (27th) to provide further support.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll ensure everything is finalised to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Installation of solar panels
We recently had solar panels fitted at our home. The guys from Solar Fast were very professional and knowledgeable keeping us informed of everything they were doing. After they had finished the installation they cleared everything away.
The admin team / after installation care team were also first class.

Unusable car charger following installation
Happy with the solar system they installed and was told to inform my car charger installer as they may need to do an update. I did this after the install and found out that it wasn't just an update that was needed but a complete replacement at a cost of over £500. I feel they should tell you that your existing car charger may not be compatible.
