The engineer came round to do an annual service. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. He spent time explaining things that my husband was unclear on.

Fault finding on ground source system

I contacted Solaris Energy to help with my Nibe F370 system that was showing an error code. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for a call out the next day...Adrian attended as arranged and kept me updated on his arrival time etc..He was very helpful and knowledgeable and left my system running efficiently which I am very happy with.
I would definitely recommend Solaris Energy to anyone that needs advice/help with their heat pump/ system configuration. A☆☆☆☆☆

Mixed bag
They installed an ASHP and full heating system for us, plus the option to do under-floor cooling in summer. A quite complex system, and the execution was overall competent.
Their prices are not cheap, and there ended up being over £3000 of extra costs by the end. For that we expected a much better service, fewer delays (many weeks) and a greater attention to detail -- we still have loose electric cables and non-insulated pipes in the various rooms, and malfunctioning controllers, months after commissioning.
(I'll also update this review in summer when we've checked how well the cooling works)
