total scam from Solaristech. Paid deposit in May 2025 for the battery. Took my deposit and no response for messages, calls and emails. strongly recommend to stay away from Solaristech and dont trust Andy

After I paid the deposit, I never received any receipt or confirmation. The scheduled installation day came and went, yet no one contacted me. The company’s phone line doesn’t even allow you to leave a message. It seems like they have completely disappeared. I’m now unsure how to recover my deposit.
I had a contract with another company, but Andy from Solaris Tech called me repeatedly, sending frequent emails and promising the same system at a cheaper price. I cancelled my original contract and signed with Solaris Tech for a FOXESS 31.08 kWh battery and 10 kW hybrid inverter. After more than a month of delays and endless excuses, they tried to swap it with an inferior 30 kWh battery and 6 kW inverter. Now I’m left paying higher power bills and wasting my time. Very disappointed – unprofessional, unreliable, and not trustworthy.
