Since the sale they ignored all my emails. A label was scratch and the simply refuse to assist afterwards.

Unlike other sellers you get what you order, there is no solar panel swapping.
Quick and good service!

Initially my experience was good. Cummunication was fine & prices fair. Besides panels, I also bought panel clamps. This is where it goes south. 1st of all, I had to collect the clamps and panels from 2 different locations. I then realized I had already bought clamps months earlier and ask for a refund on the clamps only (low cost item). I NEVER collected the clamps so there shouldn't be an issue. I was then told they don't do refunds because they buy bulk. Not my problem. My transaction was with Solar Lane, not the other place. Now I'm struggling to get my refund on just over R200 after buying stuff of over R7000. If I had collected the clamps, I would've kept them. Not a big deal, but as the material never even left the suppliers property, I find it infuriating that I'm not allowed a refund. Makes me worry about the guarantees of other products bought from them.

VERY BAD EXPDRIENCE WITH SOLAR LANE. SOLD ME SOLAR PANELS THEN THE ORDER WAS MYSTERIOUSLY CANCELLED BY VIKRAM. AFTER 20 DAYS. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. OR PHONE CALLS.APPARENTLY THEY DID NOT WANT TO DESPATCH OR PAY FOR SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID THEM FOR SHIPPING. VIKRAM WAS VERY RUDE AND BLAMED OTHERS

The complete process to procure solar panels, from ordering to delivery, was very smooth and eazy. The price was very competitive. I was kept up to date on the expected delivery date. On the day of delivery I was informed when the delivery truck left the warehouse and again when it was closeby.
I give Solarlane a Gold rating!
