Starting the task of researching our solar options, SolarReviews is a great place to start.
You can get all the basic information you need, then dig a little deeper as you gain knowledge about what you need versus what is offered.

My experience was great, the app was very easy to use with few questions. I was able to get information thru Solar Calculator.

They gave me great information without being pushy and other ideas to save on energy

The customer service representative, who answered the phone. I was having difficulty accessing the information I was looking for via web (internet). Customer service representative went above and beyond in assisting me.

Provided me with basic info I was looking for and asked if I wanted my info to go to local solar installers.

They gave me the information needed to make an informed decision without any pressure.

Within minutes of filling out their form I received calls from 3 Solar companies. I was able to setup appointments with them.
I got something accomplished within a very short amount of time. Perfect!

The videos and website were very informative and easy to use.

Hannah Steele from Blue Raven was my Project Manager. She was great. She walked me through the presentation, answered all my questions and after I signed my paperwork, she stayed in contact with me during the construction, permit and energizing of my units. I still contact her from time to time to check on stuff for me or ask a question and without any hesitation, she finds an answer for me. Blue Raven did a great job on the installation and was timely for the inspections. My unit was energized in November 2023.

Had good information and gave me 8 quality contractors to deal with.

Warning to potential SolarReviews customers: I've been continuously bombarded with sales phone calls, leading me to believe that my contact information was sold by this company multiple times. This raises serious concerns about privacy and ethical business practices, labeling it a scam in my eyes.

Contrastingly, my experience with a reputable solar company last year was outstanding, underscoring the issue with relying solely on SolarReviews for choosing a provider. The company I chose was listed and rated low on SolarReviews, likely because they didn't pay for enhanced visibility or fake reviews. Despite a lower rating on the platform, their service and the quality of work on my home were exceptional.

This experience serves as a cautionary tale about the potential misalignment between online reviews and actual service quality. It also highlights the importance of conducting thorough research beyond paid review platforms when selecting a solar provider.

I was looking for ballpark information regarding the cost of solar panels for a new home. I also had some questions regarding the installation process. Several companies responded quickly. They may have been a little disappointed because I was not planning to purchase and install solar panels immediately because I had just purchased the home and funds are limited. I'd say the system worked well.

Good source of accurate, basic solar power information on a user-friendly website.

I find that you not only gave the good reviews , but also the negative. This helped to see where the down sides of the Companys were. Also reporting on the different type of components helps those of us that aren't up on such things. Thank You

I qualified for a free/low cost program with my City & utility company. I used the Solar tool to try to justify my participation and to compare numbers given with existing contract given my Solar company.

First he did not push his ideas of selling. He listened to what I am trying to do other than roof installation. Also he understood that I am not looking for to make money by installing over 100% of our need. He will contact some contractors who will do smaller system on porch or carport. So I am looking forward to hearing back his recommended installers. Very pleasant conversation we had. Thank you.
