It is a shame that solarreviews.com is probably used by millions of people and other websites like Forbes to rate solar companies. They’re taking money from solar companies that want ranked higher, and they’re selling leads using customers data that visit the site. They do NOTHING to verify reviews are legitimate. If one solar company wants to smear another all they got to do is make a bunch of negative reviews. They’re not real, don’t trust

Energy.gov listed this site as a trusted source of info about solar energy, also noting that the company emerged via "incubator" funding (tax payer). But now you cannot get savings calculator info / results without providing a phone number, which they will no doubt sell to solar installers who will harass you endlessly. Yes, I input a fake number, but you cannot get the basic calculator info until you input the code texted to "your" phone number. Typical Silicon Valley Tech greed/scam.

This company has been calling my mobile phone number for the last few weeks 1-2 calls a week. they call and either talk a bit and hang up or just call with no one on the line. My number is on the DNC and I have never requested information from this site however I'm now getting telemarketing calls for solar as well.
