Good service although quite stressfull during transit
Would recommend that the courier service Solar Warehouse SA use have insurance on solar panels wilst in transit seeing as solar panels is probably a big part of your business. To pay a few extra rand and have the peace of mind that if something happens to the solar panels during transit and it is covered on insurance will make the experience so much less stressfull. Thankfully my panels arrived undamaged and I am a happy fellow.
Edit: Thanks for the reply. I am really just suggesting you find a courier company that does insure the transportation of solar panels. I am really happy with the service I received. Just a bit stressfull when someone is transporting stuff you have bought and the customer must bear that risk.

Hello ! Thank you for your review. Unfortunately courier guy do not cover/insure glass items at all. We are glad you did you receive your parcel. Please note we will always confirm with the customer before sending out solar panels.
I bought a combo package and ended up…
I bought a combo package and ended up with an inverter that doesn't communicate with the batteries.
The first time it powered up on solar panels, got code 9. Replaced it temporarily with another inverter. Sent it in for repairs.
When it came back, I had exactly the same issue.
They won't trade it for even a smaller inverter. I am the owner of a R10 000 white elephant.

from our side at the end of the day we still wish that you leave our business as a happy customer.
What we can offer to assist you accordingly will be to offer you a ecco 5.5 demo unit in order for you to have a working system ,
we will need the vito unit back and send it in for repairs. We will carry the cost.

This company is very helpful
This company is very helpful to get a sale, I bought a inverter and battery combo. When calling them to get assistance because the unit was struck by lightning they referred me to a third party to do the repair. When asked if they could send it back to the manufacturer for the repair they blatantly refused. Although this unit was just over 12 months old. They were not helpful to any extent. I did manage to find another shop, even I did not buy from them that was willing to send it back to the manufacturer to have it repaired. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.

Buying online are always an risk
Buying online are always an risk. I took that risk and I can asure you that I was not disappointed at all. I buy did buy an solar geyser on the 18 October and I Recieved it on 24 October 2024. And I am very happy that I took that risk.

I paid online and made an incorrect pick up location, instead of choosing PTA, I chose JHB and later realized that mistake. Called and spoke to Keagan, He made arrangement that my parcels were handed to Pta depot. And with no charges, I was highly impressed by their service and to Sylvia, you go girl.Awesome experience

A good experience all around. Order placed on Monday for two Lithium Batteries, delivered Thursday morning inside their lead time. Was kept informed of the status of the delivery at all times. It is always a risk ordering on-line, but with a lot or research these guys came out on top and delivered accordingly. Well done guys.

Well worth your time and money.
Buying from anyone on the internet is always a risk as you don't know if it is a scam. Solar Warehouse kept me posted at each stage of shipment and delivery. Trust is hard earned and easily lost. I got what I paid for in less than a week and the product works well. The price was excellent and I would highly recommend Solar Warehouse to anyone trying them out for the first time.
